2 eggs
50 g of breadcrumbs
50 g of Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese
50 ml of milk
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 teaspoon of fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
200 ml of dry white wine
A couple of dry bay leaves
Black pepper, freshly ground
